Specialized Maintenance Services, known as ESS

Maintenance people, since 2009.

ESS was established in 2009 to look after the electrical and mechanical equipment in large and medium commercial and industrial buildings across Puerto Rico and the Caribbean.

Its founder arrived with more than ten years of experience designing and implementing maintenance services, all pointed at one aim: minimizing repairs and interruptions to operations. The work is built around that aim. A building that is inspected, tested and recorded on a schedule has fewer surprises to pay for.

Four commitments written into every visit.

Periodic maintenance is how a building minimizes equipment downtime and interruptions to operations, and how it saves the money that failures would have cost. Everything ESS does is organised around that.

See the systems

Predictive and preventive, not wait and repair.

ESS works through predictive and preventive maintenance, inspections, testing and repairs for electrical and mechanical equipment. Preventive measures greatly reduce the risk of the failures that lead to costly breakdowns, personal injury or property damage.

The equipment ESS maintains

Measure it, then say what was found.

Trained engineers and technicians use modern testing technology to inspect the condition of the equipment and analyze what they collected. Every evaluation ends in a complete, detailed report of the findings, with recommendations to improve operations, reduce energy consumption and extend the life of the equipment.

Generators and electrical systems

Keep the record where the customer can reach it.

Every service ESS performs goes into an electronic record, so the condition of the equipment can be tracked between inspections. Those digital records are always available to customers.

Fire alarms and fire pumps

Be reachable when something breaks.

An emergency, an equipment failure or a natural disaster: ESS is on the job 24 hours a day, seven days a week. When repairs are needed, they can be delivered on tight deadlines.

How to reach ESS
A long run of grey switchgear cabinets in a commercial building's electrical room, one door open on copper bus bars

Large and medium commercial and industrial buildings.

That is who ESS works for, across Puerto Rico and the Caribbean. The rooms are the ones tenants never see: the electrical room, the pump room, the roof, the gate house.

Each of them holds equipment that has to be ready on its worst day, not its average one. These are the systems ESS maintains there.

Maintenance: the investment that prevents greater losses.

Tell us what the building runs on.

Name the equipment and say when it was last looked at. ESS will set up an inspection and a maintenance plan around it. If something has already failed, call 787-944-3109 now: the line is open at any hour.
